Abstract
Background/Purpose: In the paper the authors first define the term diversity of employees. They then turn their attention to its elements, like various types of personality, values and attitudes of employees, the family question, and demografic trends that managers should know in order to manage the diversity of the employees in their organization successfully. They also brief different manners and methods of management diversity. Authors find that successful management of diversity depends on holism, which in turn depends on systems thinking, although different versions of it support holism differently. The dialectical system approach is what authors find most suitable among various approaches, because it supports interdisciplinarity of work best of all, including work and co-operation of diverse ones. Key words: management, diversity, employees, values, attitudes, development, dialectical systems theory

Abstract
Background/Purpose: The main problem we are facing nowadays is how a company should allocate human resources in the product development process caused by constantly changing consumer’s demands. We suppose that the most important influence on business goals performance in the product development process is the degree of accordance between the human resource’s competencies and the demands of the process activities. We would like to contribute the cognition, according to the results of the research, in what way human resources could become one of the strategic resources in a company and how could they assure a long-term competitiveness with the successful development of new products. In the next article, we will try to confirm our supposed hypothesis. Key words: product development process, business strategies, human resources, competencies, allocation, polyvalence

Abstract
Background/Purpose: This article represents the early estimative model of key factors in software development. Summaries of research key factors and contemporary methods for key factors evaluation are presented. Estimation software size sample introduces that some key factors can be quite accurately estimated rather early with minimal added effort. We can predict goals (quality, time, costs and functionalities) with a high degree of certainty, by using anticipated information and we can influence on key factors before the difference between actual and wanted status emerges. With the correct and well-timed use of contemporary methods, the degree of success of software projects can be improved. Key words: SW-Quality, models, Cosmic FFP, SW-CMM, estimation resources of SW project.

Abstract
Background/Purpose: This paper discusses the dilemma, whether it is meaningful to consider the knowledge management (KM) as a distinct (an independent) research domain or even as an autonomous academic discipline. The arguments are based primarily on the presentation of the domain and its links with the related disciplines, which gives the reader the opportunity to shape his own view on this issue. At the same time the clarification of this dilemma is required to direct and place further research and contributions to KM. In the introduction we present as a broader context the characteristics of the contemporary society of knowledge and two related theories, the New Growth Theory and the Resource Based Theory of the Firm. In the continuation we establish that that the KM can be found as an independent subject of study and even as an independent field of study. Based on these insights we define KM and we limit the domain of its study. We pay a special attention to the Noaka’s theory of the Organisational knowledge creation as tow essential theoretic foundations. We establish the critical distance towards the KM as an autonomous academic discipline by means of Argyris theory of reasoning and rationalization. Key Words: Knowledge Management, Organisational Learning, Theory of Organisational Knowledge Creation.
