Abstract
Background/Purpose: Spontaneous conflict derives from a human uniqueness. Everyone percepts, thinks, decides and deals with the similar situation on his own. Conflict used in this specific context does not mean contrast or even less a dispute. It stands for the sake of diversity, a kind of tension between motives that can lead us into discord – exclusion or into consensus – supplementing. Inside of the organization conflicts arise spontaneously, from the natural causes, and deliberately, because of the conflicting interests. If we are in command of them, they can have constructive effect, but as soon as we start to ignore them or – what is more – stimulate them, their influence could be destructive. In this article we represent the spontaneous and often unconscious process of conflict formation and point out to the path toward organizational mastery over it. Key words: conflict, spontaneous conflict, rational conflict, emotional conflict, the conflict of interests, complementarity of conflic

Abstract
Background/Purpose: Mineral resources are materials, extracted from the Earth’s crust. Their extraction and use also cause negative environmental and social impacts. That is why the correct balance between benefits and costs is compulsory. It can be achieved with improved information– the indicators. The Working Group for Sustainable Development Indicators, which operates within the European Commission, has proposed two groups of sustainable development indicators. The first group incorporates indicators on the company level; the second one, which are described in article, are the state level indicators. Before the sustainable development indicators are published, they must be tested and evaluated. The purpose of presented work is the evaluation of sustainable development indicators for the mineral resources supply sector within EU in the case study for the Republic of Slovenia. In the paper the expert opinion and evaluation for all indicators is given with the emphasis on the availability and existence of data. The indicators are used by a wide interest group, because they contain different types of data: economic, social and environmental. For example: 93,6% of all application forms for mineral resources extraction are granted, in Slovenia we use between 6,01 in 10,46 tonnes of mineral resources per person per year, the mining sector represents 0,59% of total GDP in Slovenia, 44 extraction localities (of 166 all together) are inside NATURA 2000 protected zones etc. After indicator evaluation and implementation will be possible to directly compare other EU member states’ situation in minerals supply sector. Key words: sustainable development, mineral resources, indicators

Abstract
Background/Purpose: To find out and implement the system that provides inspection in the sale process is a hard job for insurance agents. It is necessary to ensure the system that provides higher production and motivates the agent to enlarge the sale. It happens many times that we can not find out the reason for an unsuccessful or inefficient sale.Agents perform their sale mostly as fieldwork and their main aim is to find new customers. The process of finding the new customers demands much effort and motivation. As a result insurance companies have started to introduce coaching into a sale process that is a special tool to improve productivity of the agents and to control the sale process. A sale manager in the role of a coach and an expert influences an agent. Coaching is a process that enables to follow an agent during selling and to find out some mistakes.A special form provides that the manager can record a conversation between a customer and an agent. When the sale process is finished, a resume must be done. Coaching is an instrument that provides a higher efficiency and systematic learning. Key words: coaching, coach, sale, process, motivation, qualification
