Abstract

The main problem we are facing nowadays is how a company should allocate human resources in the product development process caused by constantly changing consumer’s demands. We suppose that the most important influence on business goals performance in the product development process is the degree of accordance between the human resource’s competencies and the demands of the process activities.We would like to contribute the cognition, according to the results of the research, in what way human resources could become one of the strategic resources in a company and how could they assure a long-term competitiveness with the successful development of new products.
