Knowledge Transfer as Knowledge Workers’ and Learning Organization’s Dilemma
Abstract
Knowledge workers working in an organization productively can be a big competitive advantage. Knowledge workers are different from classical workers. Some differences are presented in the paper. At knowledge workers’ incorporation in the organization their properties have to be considered.Working in a learning organization is suitable for knowledge workers.The learning organization also needs knowledge workers for its operations. At learning organization’s operation two dimensions could be found: the working people learning and the organizational learning. The second is more important for the organization.Downloads
