Analysis of Web Page Users and E-government Services

Abstract

This paper researches web pages and e-government services and analyses their users. We explore the elements that contribute to a successful use of web pages and e-government services and are interested in how users make decisions and what attracts them to visit web pages and use these services. Using our own analysis, we present our findings on the most important features and the greatest weaknesses of web pages or e-government services as perceived by users. We present our conclusions along with proposals for further development.
