The Value of the Knowledge
Abstract
There is a lot of writing about the learning organization and knowledge workers in the literature. But theoretical views are badly implementing in the practice. From author's experiences individual people in the organizations have a lot of knowledge. But they do not use it, they not share it with others and organizations don't use this knowledge for competitive advantage.There is a possibility for reducing this gap with the usage of the knowledge spiral. There is a leap in managers' opinion needed for knowledge workers become a productive and prepared to share knowledge with others. Human potential which is not used in the organization could be reduced with associating and using knowledge workers and knowledge spiral theory. So the organizational knowledge could rise and the value of knowledge is used. Key words: knowledge workers, learning organization, knowledge, knowledge spiral.Downloads
